Students will not only learn proper make-up application but will also learn design techniques! Each week students will plot and apply a different make-up design including old-age, animal and abstract looks. By the end of the semester, each student will have a portfolio of designs and a CD of pictures including every design application from the semester. Course fee does not include make up kit.
This class teaches students a technique of acting normally taught in college and professional studios in New York and Los Angeles, preparing the teen student for advanced study. While students need not have previous acting experience, they must have a passion for acting and a desire to work hard. Students who have taken this class in the past have found great success auditioning and performing in local productions. Admission is by teacher interview only.
Tiny Tunes provides parents/caregivers and children with a one-hour class in music, movement and pretend. Circle time will feature songs, rhythm instruments, finger-plays, puppets and a short story which supports developmentally appropriate learning. Children will act out the story, read and dance with their parent/guardian while playing and socializing.
These unique STAGES programs are designed to make the beauty of the musical theatre arts accessible to all young people and have been specially created for students with physical, cognitive or developmental delays.
