Sensory Sensitivies

In order to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory sensitivities, our staff members will receive sensory awareness training to help gain a greater understanding of the needs and challenges of our guests with sensory processing disorder and other sensory needs.

In addition, we offer the following resources and accommodations….

Sensory Tools
Ear plugs, noise-cancelling headphones, fidgets, and weighted lap pads are available for guests to borrow at no cost simply by leaving an ID.

Quiet Zone
If a guest needs a break from the performance or the crowds at intermission, they may visit the Mezzanin level (second floor) sitting area closest to the Right Mezzanine entrance to the theatre..  This area will be quiet during a performance and less busy than the Orchestra level (first floor) lobby during intermission.

Sensory Friendly Performance

A sensory friendly performance of “MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET CHRISTMAS” will be presented on Saturday, Dec. 21st at 11 a.m. at the Loretto-Hilton Center for the Performing Arts
