When 38 planes are unexpectedly grounded in Gander, Newfoundland, thousands of strangers find themselves far from home and dependent on the kindness of a small town. As locals open their homes, kitchens, and hearts, lasting bonds form across countries, cultures, and backgrounds. Inspired by true stories, Come From Away celebrates generosity, resilience, and human connection in the face of uncertainty. With a driving Celtic-inspired score and an ensemble cast playing dozens of roles, this uplifting musical is as funny as it is moving. It reminds us that even in the darkest moments, compassion can land where it’s needed most.

Leah Berry is thrilled to be a part of telling this beautiful story! She is an actress based in St. Louis with dozens of Stages and Muny productions under her belt—Nellie Forbush in South Pacific at Stages St. Louis tops the list of favorite theatre roles. She’s also a voiceover artist and has appeared on What Would You Do? (ABC) and Chicago Fire (NBC). This wondrous life is possible because of her amazing family.

Amy Blake is thrilled to be making her local debut with Stages St. Louis. Amy has appeared regionally in 42nd Street, A Chorus Line, and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum at Casa Mañana in Fort Worth, Texas. She has also appeared in the first national tour of Crazy for You and in A Christmas Carol at Madison Square Garden.
Patrick Blindauer
Oz & Others
Patrick returns to Stages St. Louis, where he was first seen in the ensemble of My Fair Lady and most recently appeared as Angie the Ox in Guys & Dolls. This past spring, he was in The End of the World Cabaret for Upstream Theater. Patrick also writes puzzles for Adventures of Intrigue and has constructed over 60 crosswords for The New York Times. A teacher, director, and choreographer for over 45 years, Zoe loves sharing her passion for theatre with the next generation.
